We are sad to share that Bill Kautter, co-Founder of the Orlando-based Kautter Wenhold Management Group, passed away in December at age 75. Bill and his wife Tina incorporated the association management company Kautter Management Group in 1984 and Tina still serves on its executive team.
Bill was a well-known face in the association management community, having received several awards and recognitions over the years for his expertise in this highly specialized field.
Bill’s favorite activities included golf, boating, fishing, and in the past five years, traveling in his RV. As Bill’s health deteriorated, the RV was the perfect travel option, so he could rest and leave the driving to someone else. Throughout the years, he and Tina were “parents” to a number of Old English Sheepdogs, the latest of which is Duffy, who was at Bill’s side until the very end.
