Michele White, CAE has served Florida Association of School Administrators (FASA) for more than four years in her role as Director of Communications and was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer. She has worked in association/non-profit management for nearly 12 years and earned her Certified Association Executive certification in 2010. Michele maintains this certification through continuing education and a focus on association laws and regulations.
Michele is responsible for working with the FASA lobbying team and reporting to the membership about the status of legislation impacting education. Also, Michele is responsible for all publications and social media as well as maintaining a seamless management of the Association. Michele is a Certified Association Executive through the American Society of Association Executives. We are excited to see what the future holds in store!
Brandi Morris came to FASA nearly one and a half years ago. Recently, Brandi was promoted from Executive Administrative Assistant to Member Relations Coordinator. Brandi’s positive and joyful personality set her up as a perfect fit for Member Relations Coordinator. In her new role, she takes on the responsibility of developing member relationships, reaching out to those that may be in jeopardy of lapsing their membership, ensuring the promotion of the great benefits of FASA membership, developing recruitment and retention strategies and working closely with Region Directors/Coordinators.
The mission of the Florida Association of School Administrators (FASA) is to support administrators in providing high quality education to the students of Florida through advocacy, leadership, and professional development. The Association represents nearly 11,000 administrators in Florida and is one of the fastest growing school administrator associations in the country (per national affiliates).
