A Message from Eleanor Warmack, CAE:

Dear FSAE Members,

It is my great pleasure to advise you that the Search Committee for FSAE has concluded their work, and the Board of Directors approved the selection of Frank Rudd, CMP, CAE to serve as FSAE's President/CEO.

Frank was selected from over one hundred applicants to lead FSAE into the future.  He is a graduate from the Association Management program at Florida State University. His Association Management experience began over 25 years ago working with Peggy McCollum at McCollum Management and Meetings.  From there he served as the Director of Meetings at the Florida Home Builders Association.  Frank then served as the Executive Director for the Florida School Food Service Association.  Most recently Frank served as the Executive Director of the Florida Engineering Society and the Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers.

"The FSAE membership will be pleased to know that the Search Committee, comprised of a group of diverse and representative FSAE members, did an extremely thorough job evaluating the applicants and unanimously recommended an outstanding candidate to the Board of Directors," said Jim Ayotte, CAE, Chair of the FSAE Search Committee.

FSAE Board Chair Eleanor Warmack, CAE commented, "Frank communicated a vision for FSAE during the interview process, which aligned with the priorities recently established by the FSAE Board.  He has an in-depth understanding of FSAE and the opportunities that lie ahead for us - that made him a stand-out candidate.  I am confident he will bring innovation and energy backed up by his years of experience in the Association Management field."

Welcome Frank!
