The Florida Society of Association Executives and the FSAE Foundation are now formally beginning a President/CEO Search. A position profile is being prepared with the input from a number of key stakeholders and will be available prior to Thanksgiving. Once it is ready, it will be posted to the FSAE website.
To ensure that FSAE continues to meet its member needs, FSAE has hired a familiar face to serve as Interim President/CEO. Bill Phelan will continue to serve in this capacity until the new President/CEO joins the organization.
Cover letters and resumes will be due prior to the end of the year. A Search Committee is being formed which will conduct a first round of interviews near the end of January, and it is anticipated that the finalists will be interviewed by mid-February. To provide leadership to the President/CEO search process, FSAE has retained Vetted Solutions as its partner. Vetted Solutions is proud to be an FSAE member and partner in this endeavor.
