On-Site Information
Basic Information
• The Expo will take place at the FSU Conference Center (555 W. Pensacola St. Tallahassee, FL, 32306).
• The Expo officially opens for attendees at 8 AM and closes at 4 PM.
• Join us for the onsite After Party from 4 PM until 5:30 PM co-sponsored by XSITE. All registered attendees and exhibitors are welcome to attend.
Parking
• Complimentary parking is available in the FSU Turnbull Center garage. Levels 1-3 will be reserved for the FSAE Expo from 7:30-10:30. After 10:30, the spots will be released and parking will no longer be guaranteed.
• Please park ONLY in the areas designated for FSAE. Cars parked elsewhere are subject to being towed.
• There is an unloading area off of Pensacola St. if you want to unload your car before parking.

Exhibitor Check-In/Set-Up
• Vendors can begin arriving at 7:30 AM on Wednesday.
• When you arrive at the Center, please proceed to the second floor to check-in with staff.
• After you have checked in and received your badge, you may proceed to your assigned table to begin setup. All tables will already be set-up with tablecloths.
• Set-up must be complete by 10:30 AM.
Exhibitor Meals
• Breakfast and lunch are included in your expo fee for all pre-registered exhibitors.
• Breakfast will take place on the first floor of the Turnbull Center. Lunch will be on the second floor in both the atrium and the expo hall.
• The breakfast buffet will start at 7:30. The lunch buffet will start at 11:00. In both cases, exhibitors will have an opportunity to pick up a plate before the attendees arrive.
Exhibitor Tables
• All exhibitors have been assigned a table. It is important that you set up at your correct table, as our map and our app will be listing that table as your location for the Expo lunch.
• Exhibitors must keep their displays contained to their exhibit area. Any items encroaching upon another exhibitor’s space or blocking aisles will have to be removed.
• Please do not move the tables.
• Please secure all boxes or materials either under your table or in your car before the program.
• The Expo Hall will be open to attendees from 11:15-1:20 and again from 2:30-3:00.
Expo Game
• FSAE is partnering with Gather Digital to produce a gamification experience for our attendees. All attendees will receive information on how to play the game before they arrive at the Expo.
• *All exhibitors have a specific code for their company. This code is case sensitive.
• Attendees will be visiting your tables during the Expo lunch and the break to collect these codes so they can earn badges.
Backpacks of Hope for Homeless Veterans Drive
• If you are participating in the backpack drive for homeless veterans, please have your donated items available at your table during the expo.
• Attendees will be collecting the items from your table to fill backpacks that will be given to them outside of the expo hall.
Exhibit Breakdown
• Breakdown begins at 3 PM, after the refreshment break.
• Breakdown must be complete by 4:30 PM.
