The Florida Thoroughbred Breeders’ and Owners’ Association (FTBOA) was named the 2015 Nonprofit Business of the Year by the Ocala/Marion County Chamber and Economic Partnership (CEP) at their exCEPtional morning breakfast Awards of Excellence program Oct. 21. The CEP serves as the lead voice for business and community leaders from throughout Marion County.
