Chris Capozzi, Group Sales Manager at the Plaza Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach, was recently awarded Supplier of the Year for the Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP) Florida Capital Chapter.
An active member in the Chapter, Chris is currently serving her second term as Treasurer. Her submission of timely reports to National SGMP helped the Chapter win the Operations Award for 2015. “Chris stepped up to the plate when the need arose,” said Chapter President Chris Schuh. “She took over duties on the Board without hesitation and provides timely accountability to the board each month.”
