Florida Association of Special Districts Names New Executive Director:  The Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Special Districts (FASD) has appointed CMC & Associates (CMC) to manage the office of Executive Director with Fred Crawford as the lead. FASD is celebrating its 35th anniversary, and the association is proud to have been the driving force that has strengthened the laws that govern special purpose governments and for providing education regarding special districts to its members and the general public.  CMC will lead FASD in its mission to unify and strengthen special purpose government through education, the exchange of ideas and active involvement in the legislative process.
