Pam Fields, a highly respected hospitality professional with nearly two decades of expertise in group sales, has been named Sales Manager at Sundial Beach Resort on Sanibel Island.
In her new position, Fields will also serve as manager of the Florida State Association market, a territory she is familiar with after 18 years as Associate Director of Sales at Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa plus service to the former Registry Resort & Spa in Naples, Florida.

Pam Fields has been a board or committee member for just about every professional association serving the hotel industry, including FSAE – Florida Society of Association Executives, where she was named “Associate of the Year” for the State of Florida in 1996. She also received the “Distinguished Achievement in Sales & Marketing” award from the Hotel Sales & Marketing Institute and the CHME (Certified Hospitality Marketing Executive) designation, one of only a handful in the U.S. In recent years, Pam has indulged her love for dogs working as a professional dog trainer.
