The Plantation on Crystal River in Florida has announced Kingwood International Resorts as their new owner.
Plantation on Crystal River was recently purchased by the Atlanta-based Kingwood International Resorts. The company also owns and operates the Kingwood Country Club & Golf Resort in Clayton, Georgia. Also in Kingwood’s portfolio is the Achasta Golf Resort community located in Dahlonega, Georgia, home to the award-winning Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, both in North Georgia. The purchase of the resort, formally owned by Scout Hotels and Resorts, was finalized in January 2017.
