Once completed, the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort will provide their guests plenty of choices for water activities with four pools, five waterslides, a lazy river, and a pristine beach on a secluded island in the Gulf of Mexico.

Excitement is building and construction is under way on a $7.1M triple-waterslide and lazy river pool complex at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort in Bonita Springs, FL. This full-featured pool amenity will be located on an undeveloped acre on the resort’s 26-acre campus, adjacent to an existing two-acre pool scape. The project is designed by EDSA architects with construction by Manhattan Construction. Upon completion, the new pool amenity will add to the resort’s three existing pools, two waterslides, secluded island and beach. Anticipated opening of the new pool complex to resort guests is late 2016.
