Anne Kelly has been named the new Executive Director of the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association. Anne comes into this position with more than 14 years of experience in the association industry, and is a Certified Association Executive through the American Society of Association Executives and Certified Meeting Professional through the Convention Industry Council. She brings with her a strong understanding of the dynamics of a membership association and the tremendous benefit a successful association can provide to the members it serves.
