FSAE Members currently DELP Scholars:
“I am truly grateful and honored to be a DELP scholar. The program has given me access to coaching, training and mentors, exposure as an association professional and the confidence to excel in my current position at The Institute of Internal Auditors. As a result of the DELP program, I am enthusiastic about engaging in FSAE and ASAE volunteer opportunities and helping others with their association career goals.”
Maunda Land, CMP, Manager, The Institute of Internal Auditors
I cannot say thank you enough to ASAE for creating the DELP program and to the Detroit Metro CVB and Larry Alexander for their continued support. The DELP family is encouraging, supportive, and contains a talented and diverse group of individuals. What I’ve gained in this process truly outweighs what I feel that I am able to give back. A quote from Atticus Finch in Harper Lee’s To Kill a Mockingbird sums it up best:
"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view... Until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."
